SCAN CARDS AVAILABLE IN THE SRD OFFICE
SPORT COURT HOURS: 8:30 AM - 8 PM.
RESERVATIONS FOR THE FIRST WEEK will open on Wednesday morning at 6:30 AM. Beginning Monday, September 2, reservations will follow the current Monday - Monday court schedule.
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS OPEN ON MONDAYS, BETWEEN 10 AM - 10:15 AM FOR THE UPCOMING WEEK, MONDAY TO MONDAY.
SRD Sport Court Passes may have up to 4 family members in the same household on one membership. 2024 sport court passes include 1 reservation per day per membership. For additional play, members may walk-on when courts are available. Reservations always take priority.
COURT AVAILABILITY:
1. During the school year, the SRD Sport Court may be booked for SRD afternoon programs.
2. The SRD Courts are used for passholder play, authorized pros - lessons, clinics and league matches. Reservation availability will vary and maybe limited at times.
3. SRD will be using the sport court for summer camp throughout the summer. Courts maybe unavailable for passholder play during some morning and afternoon times summer camp.
FOR THE SPORT COURT: Members may bring two guests per membership. FOR EXAMPLE, two people on the same household membership using the courts to play pickleball or basketball may bring a total of two guests.
Members may only make reservations on the primary passholders account.
Please carefully review the 2024 Sport Court Membership Agreement. Passholders must abide by all SRD rules stated in the 2024 Membership Agreement.
ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS (OR OTHER ANIMALS), SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS, BIKES, WHEELED EQUIPMENT, FOOD OR ALCOHOL ARE PERMITTED ON SRD TENNIS COURTS.
IMPORTANT!! Sport Court scan cards are only to be used by SRD passholders and may not be given to anyone not listed on the members pass. Members must accompany guests at all times. Violation of this rule will subject member(s) to revocation of their tennis pass without a refund.
Please call the SRD Office or email gm@strawberryrec.org to cancel your court reservation.
Sport Court passes are non-transferable and refundable.

The SRD Sport courts is for use by SRD authorized tennis pros, passholders and their guests.
Reservations are highly recommended, and always take precedence over a walk-up member.
RESERVATIONS
SRD STAFF OPEN RESERVATIONS ON MONDAYS AT APPROXIMATELY 10 AM - 10:15 AM. THE PROCESS FOR OPENING RESERVATIONS IS MANUAL. PLEASE REFRESH YOUR COMPUTER WHILE WAITING FOR RESERVATIONS TO OPEN.
WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS, IN DESCRIPTION OF USE, PLEASE INPUT YOUR LAST NAME.
REMINDERS
1. While using the SRD Sport court, passholders may not teach lessons to anyone outside the primary passholder’s immediate family. Passholder guests may not teach on SRD courts.
2. Passholders must be present at all times when their guests are using the courts.
3. Close gates securely after enter/exit, and do not open gates for others unless they are playing as your guests. GATES MAY NOT BE PROPPED OPEN!
*If you bring your pet/animal on the SRD tennis courts, SRD may revoke your pass, without a refund – whether the pet belongs to the passholder or guest. Pets are not allowed on SRD property. We love pets, but please leave them at home.
Sport Court Use
1. Please familiarize yourself with SRD Sport Court Rules
2. Users must wear non-marking shoes for all court activities.
3. Use of tape or chalk is not allowed on any courts.
4. SRD provides two pickleball nets. Please push the nets back to the side of the court when your reservation is over.
5. Pickleball player groups should enter and exit the courts together. Leaving gates propped open for players to come and go is prohibited.
6. Pickleball and basketball may be played simultaneously on opposite side of the courts. Users must be respectful of one another and keep balls and play to the reserved half of the court.
Sport Court memberships non-transferable and refundable.
