In this creative and calming class, children will explore mindfulness and crafts through playful activities. The class begins with a focus on mindfulness, where kids will practice simple breathing exercises and engage in sensory activities inspired by mindfulness traditions. These practices help children relax, focus, and center themselves. The second portion of the class transitions to crafting, where children will work on projects that encourage self-expression and build fine motor skills. This class nurtures emotional awareness, creativity, and a sense of calm in a supportive and engaging environment. Over time, these mindfulness practices can enhance children's emotional resilience, improve concentration, and foster lifelong tools for managing stress and building self-confidence.
