Memberships
Purchase water aerobics membership scan card! Scans can be used for shallow water aerobics AND deep water aerobics.
Shallow water aerobics:
This class will take place in lanes 1 & 2 in the main pool. This is a light to medium pace water aerobics class for beginner to intermediate levels. You can add more or less intensity to the movements within the class.
Deep water Aerobics:
This class is located in 9 foot dive well area. This is medium to hard intensity depending on your choice of equipment. Floatie belts are allowed but not provided by SRD. Rebecca teaches a variety of exercises with SRD provided equipment.
This membership does not expire. You can check in with the office at anytime to see how many scans you have left. If you run out of scans, you will be billed, not charged, $15 to your account in order to SRD to keep track how many classes you have taken after running out of scans.
How it works:
-Purchase your choice of scan card
-show up for class and sign in at the pool check in table. Write your first name, last name and member ID number located on the back of the scan card.
-enjoy class!

10 scans - $120
20 scans - $240
10 scans with hot tub - $170
20 scans with hot tub - $330
Shallow water aerobics:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:05pm - 1:50pm
Deep water aerobics
12:00pm - 12:55pm
