Memberships

Note:2026 Annual Pool Memberships are non-refundable after the pool membership starts, non-transferable.

Pool reservations for the week of January 12, 2026 through January 20, 2026 will open on Friday, January 9, 2026 between 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM.

IMPORTANT: GUEST FEE'S & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
1. Guest fee's must be paid PRIOR to swimming
2. SRD accepts (physical) card, (exact) cash and check
3. Balances that are unpaid on the household account must be paid within 1 week. After 1 week, your account will be temporarily suspended until the amount is paid.
4. Balances on your account can be paid online or through the emailed invoice

NORMAL RESERVATION SCHEDULE

Monday: same day next day at 10am, 1 reservation per member

Tuesday: book for the week, 2 per membership between 12:15pm and 12:30pm

Wednesday: same day next day at 10am, 1 reservation per member

Thursday: same day next day at 10am, 1 reservation per member

Friday: same day next day at 10am, 1 reservation per member

Saturday: same day next day at 10am, 1 reservation per member

Sunday: same day next day at 10am, 1 reservation per member

RESERVATION RULES
1. Each household/membership is limited to making 2 initial reservations on Tuesdays.

a. A regular reservation cycle is Tuesday to Tuesday each week. It is not a calendar week.

b. Additional reservations may be made beginning Wednesday and each subsequent day, starting at 9:30am for same day or next-day reservations.

c. All additional reservations made over the 2 limit on Tuesdays will be canceled without notice.

d. You will receive a reservation confirmation email after you have successfully completed the reservation process. If you do not receive an email, your reservation is not confirmed, and you will need to redo your reservation.

2. Each membership is limited to 1 reservation per day (Open Rec Swim excluded).

3. Reservations are non-transferable.

4. Only the primary member of the household can log in to make reservations. Please always select primary member when making reservations.

5. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your reservation.

6. Please scan in all members of your household in attendance.

7. NEW MEMBERS: Pick-up your scan cards in the Main Office during your first visit.

8. Reservations are all 55 minutes long and start on the hour. SRD reserves the right to change reservation times and allocation as needed. Weekend Family Rec reservations are

9. Reservations are not required 2-5pm, members may drop in at any time. SRD uses some lap swim lanes from 4-6 which limits lap swimming space.

MAKING RESERVATIONS

1. On the front page of the SRD website, click the white rectangle that says, 'CLICK HERE'.
2. On the next webpage, click the blue rectangle on the left that says, 'Reservations'.
3. Click on the green reserve button of the lane or section you would like to reserve.
4. A calendar will appear. If there are green reserve buttons on the calendar, there are reservations available on that date.
5. Click the green reserve button on the date you would like to reserve.
6. All open time slots will be shown in a list.
7. Put your last name in the description field and input the number of swimmers in your group.
8. Click the down arrow for the time you'd like and then click the plus sign select your time, then click add to cart.
9. You can add a second reservation to your cart by repeating this sequence.
10. When you are ready, click go to check out.
11. You will be prompted to read a waiver then click 'accept'. Then click continue to cart.
12. This completes the reservation process.
13. You will receive an email with your reservation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your reservation was not processed.
14. You can check your profile page calendar to view your confirmed reservations.
15. if you purchase a couple membership, you may only book under 1 reservation and swim together.
16. SRD allows up to 4 people in a lane if 2 couples book on each side. More than 3 people in 1 lane requires circle swimming.

CANCELLATIONS/LATE/NO-SHOW

1. Cancellations must be made no less than 1 hour in advance to avoid a fee.
a. Reservations canceled within 1 hour of the reservation start time will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee.

b. No shows will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee.
